Create a communications management plan for your project and include:
A Network of Stakeholders Diagram created in Visual Paradigm.
A Social Network Diagram created in Visual Paradigm.
Create a change management plan for your project and include:
A change control process
A change log
Create a human resources management plan for your project and include:
A RACI Chart created in Visual Paradigm (An example is provided here: RACI Example)
A diagram identifying your virtual teams and locations for your project created in Word, Microsoft Project, or Visual Paradigm.
A recognition and rewards plan created in Word.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Add a File. Then click Submit to upload your assignment by the posted due date. Review the rubric for specific grading criteria.
