INTRODUCTION
Clinical Practice Experience (CPE) activities are important to successfully complete this course. You should
complete this task before beginning AJM3 Task 1.
To fulfill the requirements for this task, follow the instructions provided in the Clinical Practice Experience
(CPE) Record. In the CPE Record, you must document the date (month/day/year) when all activities are
completed. Place each completed deliverable in the E-Portfolio template. To submit the CDM2 assessment,
upload the “CPE Record” and the E-Portfolio as two separate attachments for evaluation.

each required activity.
REQUIREMENTS
Your submission must represent your original work and understanding of the course material. Most
