1. Critically review the role and functionalities of HR in a business. With a brief insight on the current challenges, identify the issues hindering collective approach to achieve organisational goal in your chosen organisation.
2. Establish the link between organisational structure development, learning & development, and employee retention policy. Analyse how these are influencing your chosen organisation’s strategic growth (include McKinsey’s 7s design concept, Mintzberg’s framework).
3. Refer to the theoretical concept of leadership & diversity management, rewards, and organisational culture. Critically evaluate the concept adapted by the organisation.
