Task:
This report is a reading and writing exercise and deals with the books of Bennis (On becoming a leader) and Brown (Dare to lead). You should read the books as if they actually mean something to you, and then write an essay answering the following two questions:
a.) Are there any significant similarities or differences between the two books regarding their view of leadership as you see it?
b.) How does their view of leadership resonate with your own understanding of leadership?
The result should be a well-written essay covering no more than 1500 words of wel- developed text (not counting front page and list of references) that really shows that you have read and understood the books.
The limited number of words means that you should be really careful about what to include, how to balance your text between the two parts, and, generally, how to write the essay as good as possible. You must also include proper references and a complete reference list.
